Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which DayDrop Laundry Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides laundry services to you (“you” or “the customer”). By scheduling a pickup, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Description of Services

We provide residential laundry services, which may include:

  • Wash, dry, and fold

  • Pickup and delivery

  • Scheduled or on‑demand service options

Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and address information

  • Ensure laundry is accessible at the scheduled pickup time

  • Check all pockets for valuables, electronics, or sharp objects

  • Separate delicate or special‑care items if needed

  • Avoid sending items heavily soiled with hazardous materials

We are not responsible for:

  • Items left in pockets

  • Pre‑existing damage

  • Items that shrink, fade, or wear due to normal washing

3. Handling of Laundry

We follow standard laundry practices and use reasonable care when handling your items. However, you acknowledge that:

  • Some items may react unpredictably to washing or drying

  • Care labels may be inaccurate or missing

  • Normal wear and tear may occur

We reserve the right to refuse items that pose a health or safety risk.

4. Pickup & Delivery

You agree that:

  • Laundry must be ready at the scheduled time

  • Delivery instructions must be accurate

  • Items left outside are at your own risk

We are not responsible for theft or damage to items left outdoors.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If an item is lost or damaged due to our error:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Compensation is limited to the reasonable value of the item, not exceeding 10 times the cost of the service for that load

We do not replace discontinued or specialty items.

6. Payment Terms

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable service fees

  • Provide valid payment information

  • Allow us to charge your payment method for completed services

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other approved processors.

7. Cancellations & Missed Pickups

You may cancel or reschedule before the scheduled pickup time. Fees may apply for:

  • Last‑minute cancellations

  • Missed pickups

  • Excessive rescheduling

8. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate service if:

  • You violate this Agreement

  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Safety or operational concerns arise

You may request account deletion at any time.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
