Bag Specifications

A "bag" means a tied standard, 13-gallon trash bag.

No overstuffing, rips, or tears.

Clothes must be ready for pickup.

Bags can be provided at the pickup time by request.

Pickup

Pickup times are, Monday through Friday, from 7 to 11 am. and 3 to 7 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 6 to 11 am, and 1 to 4 pm.

Juany will contact you to confirm the pickup time, day and address the day before if you chose the morning time, or 2 hours before when choose the later time.

Delivery

Delivery times are, Tuesday trough Friday from 3pm to 7 pm. and Saturday-Sunday from 1 to 4 pm.

You will get your clothes back that same day if the pick up was made in the 7 to 11 am frame time, otherwise will be next work day on - 3 to 7pm frame time.
